Compensation Analyst

PetVet Care Centers is a vibrant network committed to veterinary excellence in each of our local hospitals and seeks to add the best and brightest professionals to our support team. We are currently seeking a Compensation Analyst to provide detailed analytics to ensure pay practices are competitive, fair and aligned with company objectives, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of compensation data, including salary surveys, market trends and internal pay structures, to identify areas for improvement and ensure competitiveness.
  • Maintain salary structures, salary ranges and pay grades, ensuring they align with company objectives and market standards and are accurately reflected in the HR System of Record.
  • Participate in and organize data from compensation surveys to support ongoing competitive and cost-effective programs.
  • Evaluate job content and assign accurate FLSA status; ensuring all federal and state requirements are met.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition to review and align on pay band for internal and external job posting.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management on compensation-related matters.
  • Maintain and update compensation data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Any and all other duties, as assigned.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in compensation, human resources or financial analysis
  • Strong analytical and process improvement skills, Advanced Excel skills a must
  • Results focused; Roll up your sleeves attitude; Strong team player
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dayforce experience a plus
Pay Range
$70,000$80,000 USD
