Whether you're a new veterinarian graduate or in your final year of veterinary school, the PetVet Care Centers RISE Mentorship Program was built to support you as you move from classroom to clinic.
From your first case to your hundredth, your mentor moves through the year with you — starting alongside you as you shadow, then mirroring your work as your confidence builds, and eventually sharing shifts as you take the lead. RISE is built around the moments that matter most in your first year, with a mentor who helps you through every one of them.
You'll join a care center team that supports your development, while also connecting with a nationwide cohort of peers going through the same transition.

Vet school is a major investment, and we know support can make a difference before your first day. PetVet’s Training Assistance Program helps eligible students with tuition and living expenses while they’re still in school, easing some of the financial pressure as they prepare to begin practice. Funds are paid before your start date, with eligibility required at least 60 days before graduation.
