Our Medical Leadership Team represents general practice, specialty, emergency, and equine medicine, bringing diverse clinical perspectives together to support care center teams across the PetVet network.
Whether mentoring doctors, advising on complex cases, developing clinical programs, or helping hospitals navigate new challenges, they serve as trusted partners to care teams across PetVet.
Because they remain closely connected to the realities of veterinary practice, they understand the opportunities and challenges our care teams experience every day. That firsthand experience helps shape medical standards, clinical initiatives, professional development, and the resources our hospitals need to provide outstanding patient care.
Each Regional Medical Director is supported by Regional Medical Advisors who work closely with their assigned care centers. These relationships deepen understanding of each hospital’s team, culture, and opportunities, enabling more personalized coaching and extending the reach of the Medical Leadership Team.

Working alongside the Medical Leadership Team, our Specialty Medicine Board brings together board-certified specialists across multiple disciplines. The Board provides clinical guidance, promotes evidence-based medicine, and serves as a resource for doctors networkwide.
The Board helps develop medical standards, reviews and updates clinical protocols, supports continuing education, and offers expertise on complex cases. It advises our emergency and specialty care centers on medical equipment selection, clinical workflow optimization, and the assessment of new services.
By fostering collaboration between general practitioners and specialists, the Board promotes greater consistency in medical care, supports professional growth, and helps ensure patients receive the highest standard of care at every location.
