Position Overview

Join our team as a Technician / Post Treatment Patient Care Liasion who contributes to the success of a high-performing organization committed to delivering superior care and exceptional service. Performs a range of administrative and customer service tasks, providing valuable support to the hospital. Within the veterinary field, this position aligns closely with roles often titled Veterinary Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Client Care Specialist.

Radiocat Arizona brings the proven, nationally trusted Radiocat model to the greater Phoenix area, offering cats across Maricopa County and beyond access to the only current treatment that cures feline hyperthyroidism outright. A single injection of radioactive iodine (I-131) resolves 98-99% of cases without the need for anesthesia, ongoing medication, or a severely restricted diet, and the team works in close coordination with referring primary care veterinarians to confirm diagnosis, plan treatment, and provide thorough post-therapy guidance for every patient. If you’re looking for a highly specialized, mission-driven environment where every case represents a meaningful and lasting improvement in a cat’s quality of life, Radiocat Arizona is a uniquely rewarding place to work.
