Job Title: Full-Time Associate DVM (and Opportunity for Medical Director)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate DVM to join our clinical team, with the potential to step into a Medical Director role for the right candidate. You’ll deliver top-tier veterinary care in a diverse practice setting, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and contribute to our culture of integrity, service, and compassion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality veterinary medicine and surgery to dogs and cats (routine exams, preventive care, dental, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery).

  • Participate in diagnostics using our in-house lab and imaging capabilities.

  • Educate clients and build long-term relationships.

  • Collaborate with our team across departments to deliver seamless patient care.

  • For the Medical Director track: leadership in clinical protocols, mentoring colleagues, driving hospital initiatives and growth.


Qualifications

  • DVM (or equivalent) from accredited institution.

  • Licensed (or eligible for license) to practice veterinary medicine in Connecticut.

  • Strong interest and competence in general practice medicine and surgery.

  • Excellent client communication skills and team orientation.

  • For Medical Director track: leadership ability, desire to take on mentorship and management duties.
