We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and compassionate Care Coordinator Supervisor to join our small but busy general practice team. Our hospital has a close-knit, team-oriented environment, and while some parts of the day can be calm, other times can move very quickly — so adaptability and strong time management are a must.
The ideal candidate is someone who can successfully balance supervisory responsibilities while also remaining an active, dedicated care coordinator for our clients and patients. Patient care, client communication, teamwork, and professionalism are all top priorities in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and kindness
- Supervisory experience including coaching team members and issuing corrective action when necessary
- Managing care coordinator scheduling
- Comfortable handling cash, bank deposits, CareCredit, and Scratchpay
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Familiarity with veterinary medicine and terminology
- Experience with Avimark preferred
- Willingness to learn, participate in trainings, and continue growing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital
- Team-player mentality with a positive attitude
- Willingness to help wherever needed, including cleaning and filling downtime productively
- Comfortable using mobile communication and technology as needed

Qualifications (Required)
- 2 or more years of experience in a reception position.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Has Veterinary Field Experience
- Has Supervisor Experience
Schedule
- 30+ hours a week and 2 Saturday (8:30AM-1PM) shifts a month
- Flexibility on what days of the week/hours worked
