TFB Equine is exclusively dedicated to the care and treatment of the Thoroughbred racehorse. Since 1946, we have been a trusted partner to the racing community, delivering high-quality veterinary services across Florida, the Mid-Atlantic region, New York, and Kentucky. Our team combines decades of experience with a forward-thinking, collaborative approach to equine medicine.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Equine Veterinarian to join our Florida division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with elite equine athletes in a dynamic racing environment while being supported by a strong, mentorship-driven veterinary network.

Primary work locations include Palm Beach Downs, Palm Meadows, Payson Park, and Gulfstream Park.

Who You Are

  • DVM or VMD (or equivalent)
  • Licensed in Florida (or eligible for licensure)
  • Passionate about equine and sports medicine
  • A collaborative, team-oriented professional with a positive attitude
  • Open to both early-career veterinarians and experienced practitioners

Pay Range
$90,000$100,000 USD
