Clover Veterinary Hospital in Kent, WA is seeking an experienced Medical Director (DVM) to lead our dedicated team and help shape the future of our practice. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your leadership skills and medical expertise to a supportive environment where your voice truly matters.
As Medical Director, you’ll work alongside a skilled team of doctors and support staff while overseeing medical operations, mentoring associate veterinarians, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care. This role offers the perfect balance of leadership responsibilities and hands-on clinical work.
What We Offer:

Competitive base salary of $140,000-$160,000 + production and Medical Director stipend
