Veterinary Receptionist

At Green Trails Animal Clinic, our reception team is the heartbeat of our practice. We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and enjoys being part of a supportive, dedicated team.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, schedule appointments, and manage client communications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist clients with check-in, check-out, billing, and medical record updates.
- Support the veterinary team by keeping the front desk organized and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Help clients feel confident in their pet’s care by providing clear information and compassionate service.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service or veterinary reception experience is preferred, but not required — we’re willing to train the right person.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A calm, compassionate demeanor when working with clients and pets in stressful situations.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.
- 1-2 years of veterinary experience preferred.
