Warehouse Manager

Job Title:                     Resolvet Warehouse Manager (Starting Salary Range $50,000 - $75,000 plus bonus)

Department:               Hagyard Pharmacy – Resolvet Division

Supervisor:                 Resolvet Operations Director and Director of Pharmacy

Schedule:                    Monday – Friday, with travel, weekends, and holidays occasionally required

Summary: The resolvet by Hagyard Warehouse Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and storage facility. This person ensures efficient inventory processing, storage, and distribution.

Essential Responsibilities and Essential Functions include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational efficiency with daily activities.
  • Manage inventory by ensuring accurate stock levels, tracks incoming and outgoing shipments, and optimizes storage space to full capacity.
  • Logistically coordinates the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
  • Liaison with transport companies, suppliers, and clients.
  • Helps maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations, inspections, and helps implement safety protocols.
  • Oversee and maintain equipment used in the warehouse if properly functions and is used safely.
  • Generate reports such as inventory status and shipping reports.
  • Communicates with other departments, distributors, suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations and address issues.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Forklift certification is preferred and will be required.
  • Knowledge of UPS, FEDEX, and USPS shipping software preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Efficient and effective multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to create content in the appropriate voice for the organization.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background in logistics and inventory management.

  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force.
Pay Range
$50,000$75,000 USD
