Western Discipline Equine Sales Representative

Job Title:                     Resolvet Western Field Sales Representative (Starting Salary Range $75,000 + bonus)

Department:               Hagyard Pharmacy – Resolvet Division

Supervisor:                 Resolvet Sales Director

Schedule:                    Monday – Friday, with travel, weekends, and holidays occasionally required

Summary: The resolvet by Hagyard Western Field Sales Representative is a sales professional that specializes in western discipline. This person with meet with potential and existing customers face-to-face to sell products. This person will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, presenting solutions and closing deals in the western discipline.

Essential Responsibilities and Essential Functions include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identifies and pursues new business opportunities.
  • Establishes and nurtures relationships with customers to understand their needs, build trust, and encourage repeat business.
  • Presents products or services to potential customers and highlights features and benefits of the product line.
  • Maintains relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
  • Collaborates with other sales representatives and team leaders such as marketing and customer activations.
  • Analyzes marketing trends and competitor activities.
  • Reports on sales performance and market insights to team leaders.

Qualifications

  • Has a strong ability to engage with customers effectively, listen to their needs, and convey information clearly.
  • Has a strong understanding of sales principles and sales techniques.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of the resolvet product line.
  • Manages schedules effectively, prioritizes tasks, and covers sales discipline efficiently.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software, mobile applications, and other relevant technologies.
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision and drive results independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in supplement sales preferred.
  • Experience in veterinary sales preferred.

Pay Range
$60,000$75,000 USD
