Operations Director
Job Title: Resolvet Operations Director (Starting Salary Range $65,000 - $75,000 plus bonus)
Department: Hagyard Pharmacy – Resolvet Division
Supervisor: Director of Pharmacy
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with travel, weekends, and holidays occasionally required
Summary: The resolvet by Hagyard Operations Director plays a critical role in ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This person oversees the day-to-day operational activities of the resolvet product line.
Essential Responsibilities and Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures smooth and efficient functioning of all operational activities
- Creates and executes strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Identifies area for improvement and implements process enhancements to maximize output and minimize costs.
- Monitors performance metrics.
- Manages procurement and resource allocation.
- Ensures quality control and compliance.
- Sets strategic goals
- Leads and manages teams by fostering positive work environment.
- Provides coaching and support to team leaders.
- Manages budgets and reviews financial information.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- MBA preferred
- Background in pharmaceuticals or supplements preferred.
- Background in equine preferred.
