Medical Director at Heart of Brooklyn Veterinary Hospital
Heart of Brooklyn Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dynamic Medical Director to guide our clinical operations and elevate the standard of care we deliver to our community’s pets.

Your Role:
As Medical Director, you’ll lead by example in both medical and managerial capacities. You will:

Oversee all clinical and patient care activities

Provide mentorship and training to associate veterinarians and support staff

Drive medical quality and implement best practices

Collaborate with practice leadership to support operational goals

Engage in community outreach and help shape the clinic’s reputation
What We’re Looking For:

DVM degree; licensed to practice in New York
-
Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing veterinarian

Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred
-
Excellent communication and team-building skills
-
Passion for mentorship, client education, and continuous improvement
What We Offer:

Competitive salary starting at $180K+, commensurate with experience
- Sign on Bonus up to 100K available
