Financial Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in overseeing the Sales Audit function, ensuring accuracy and integrity of daily revenue reporting and reconciliation. In addition, the analyst will be a key contributor to Headquarters P&L analysis, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven environment and excels in financial modeling, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This position provides direct support to senior leadership through clear, data-driven insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Audit

  • Manage daily sales reporting and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of revenue data.
  • Oversee weekend revenue polling and reporting as part of financial monitoring duties 
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Prepare the Daily Sales Budget in collaboration with IT partners to ensure system accuracy and alignment with financial planning objectives.
  • Support budgeting of daily sales performance and contribute to automation of sales reporting processes.

Headquarters

  • Partner with the Director of FP&A and other FP&A associates to develop and maintain financial models for Headquarters budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly P&L analysis for corporate functions, including performance tracking against budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of the annual operating plan, including functional expense planning and performance insights.

Other

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and FP&A to support accurate, timely reporting.
  • Lead/support various ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling for strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in automation and process improvement efforts, leveraging Excel and financial systems.
  • Serve as a data-driven business partner, helping translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Sales Audit experience required, including familiarity with daily revenue reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Comfortable operating independently and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience with financial systems and tools is preferred. Exposure to platforms like Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, or similar is a plus.

Pay Range
$70,000$80,000 USD
