Receptionist Lead

Title: Receptionist Lead

Reports to: Hospital Manager

Department: Reception

Position Overview: The Receptionist Lead is the direct superior to CSRs and reports directly to the Hospital Manager. They are responsible for the reception and lobby area including: cleanliness, supplies, client care standards, CSR employees, and communication with rest of the hospital regarding their area.

 Essential Functions:

  • Create employee schedules for CSRs at least 2 weeks in advance
  • Implement and oversee training for new CSR hires
    • Work with training lesion make training schedules and monitor progress of training for new CSR hires
  • Check in with CSRs to discuss work ethic, progress, performance, and attendance
  • Keep inventory lead up to date on needs of lobby and reception area
  • Mediate HR related issues with employees before involving HM for disciplinary action
  • Set and reinforce standards for CSRs with professionalism, attendance, protocols, and level of care given to clients.
  • Work with HM to create and edit protocols to maintain highest level of care and efficiency
  • Communicate needs and feedback to and from medical staff on behalf of CSRs
  • Complete end of month and year reporting
    • Including going through “ready to go” prescriptions
  • Attend lead, staff, and occasionally doctor meetings as representative of client services 

 

Pay Range
$20$24 USD
