CSR / Receptionist

Looking for a super friendly and outgoing client service superstar who takes teamwork to the whole new level!

The Receptionist is the first and last contact that a client will have with the hospital and a key to creating first and lasting impressions. Answer phones promptly and professionally using a multi-line phone system; answering client inquiries about basic animal care and routine procedures, questions about veterinary services and products, and provide knowledgeable advice about wellness, prevention, and diseases.  Able to focus under pressure and smile with a positive attitude. Knowledge of Cornerstone, AllyDVM, and Care Credit is helpful. The right candidate wants to be a part of the North Cobb family.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and ability to organize files and records
  • Excellent customer service skills, providing courteous and prompt assistance
  • Accurate cash handling and cashiering abilities
  • Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work at a keyboard or workstation for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, and lifting animals up to 50 pounds
