Procurement Sourcing Manager

Please Note: This is a hybrid position with an in office requirement Tuesday-Thursday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage supplier relationships across various Professional Services categories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality supply of services. This role plays a critical part in optimizing procurement operations, mitigating risks, and supporting the company's growth and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across assigned categories (e.g., indirect spend, services).
  • Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and evaluate supplier capabilities.
  • Lead the RFx (RFI, RFQ, RFP) process, including supplier selection, bidding, and contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance, reliability, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, marketing, operations…) to understand procurement needs and align sourcing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as cost savings, supplier performance, and contract compliance.
  • Mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and supplier diversification.
  • Ensure procurement practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing efficiency and value delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific sourcing practices and trends is an advantage.

 

Pay Range
$90,000$110,000 USD
