Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. This position is essential to ensuring a smooth, positive experience for both our clients and their pets. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a calm, professional demeanor are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients and veterinary team members
- Process payments and invoices
- Triage urgent situations and assist with client concerns
- Support administrative tasks, maintain medical records, and manage clinic flow
Preferred Experience:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in veterinary or medical fields
- Scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using a multi-line phone system
- Familiarity with veterinary software (AviMark preferred)
Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time shifts available
- Flexible availability preferred
- Saturdays required on a rotating basis
