Registered Veterinary Technician

We at Tender Care Animal Hospital are a 1.5-doctor hospital looking for a licensed veterinary technician to join our amazing team! Mentorship is available, and we have both part-time and full-time positions open.
We offer cutting-edge medical equipment including:
- CO2 surgical laser
- K-Laser cold laser therapy
- Antech and Idexx in-house blood chemistry
- Digital radiography and digital dental radiography
- Ultrasound, two boarded surgeons, and internal medicine consultations

Pay: $19.00–$23.50/hour, depending on experience

Position Overview:
The Veterinary Technician plays a key role in providing quality care and service to patients and clients. Duties include assisting in exams and surgeries, maintaining medical records and supplies, and ensuring smooth patient intake and discharge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of relevant experience
- LVT/CVT/RVT preferred (or as required by state)
- Strong skills in phlebotomy, anesthesia, digital radiography, and patient care
- Comfortable with physical demands, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and a fast-paced environment
- Availability for some weekends and holidays
