Reception Supervisor

Position Overview
- Responsible for ensuring courteous and efficient client service at the hospital, including phone management, payment processing, and receptionist supervision. Also, serves as a receptionist when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise receptionists, including hiring, evaluating, and enforcing policies.
- Schedule receptionists as per staffing needs and provide backup when necessary.
- Address client complaints, escalating issues to the Hospital Manager.
- Manage specialist scheduling and handle financial transactions.
- Process refunds, returns, credits, and payment plans.
- Generate billing statements, assist with collections, and prepare end-of-month reports.
- Serve as a backup to the Hospital Manager for building maintenance.
- Perform other assigned tasks by the Manager.
Qualifications (Required)
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Familiar with Cornerstone software, Canva, Office software, and multiphone line system
- Spanish speaker preferred (but not required)
Schedule:
- Tentative hours are Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm (scheduling will be flexible)
- 2 days off a week, based on needs of hospital
- Schedule is posted minimum 6 weeks in advance
