The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Director to lead our veterinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinician ready to step into a leadership role, guiding a talented team while continuing to provide top-tier medical care.
As Medical Director, you’ll shape the medical direction of the practice, collaborate with a dedicated support team, and help drive clinic performance and team development in a culture that values trust, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality medical and surgical care

Oversee clinical protocols and medical standards

Mentor and support associate DVMs and technical staff

Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture

Partner with the practice manager on daily operations and long-term goals

Contribute to business planning, staff development, and strategic growth
