Our clinic provides a wide range of services including wellness exams, vaccinations, surgical procedures, cold laser therapy, and more. The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Director to lead our veterinary team. This is a unique opportunity for a strong clinician who is ready to take the next step in their career and guide a talented team in delivering exceptional patient care.
As Medical Director, you will play a key leadership role, helping to shape the medical direction of the practice while continuing to provide top-tier clinical care. You’ll collaborate closely with our support staff and management team to ensure quality outcomes, drive clinic performance, and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to patients.

Oversee clinical protocols and medical standards.

Mentor and support DVMs and technical staff.

Lead by example in fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Partner with the practice manager to optimize day-to-day operations.

Contribute to business planning, staff development, and strategic growth.
