Incredible Medical Director-Associate Veterinarian Opportunity in Beautiful Goleta, CA (Santa Barbara) $175K-$200K
Goleta Airport Pet Hospital in Goleta, CA is currently seeking a Medical Director & Associate Veterinarian to join our fantastic practice! New grads are also welcomed to apply, as we can customize a mentorship program around your needs.
Our hospital has an amazing leadership team, a Board-Certified Veterinary Practitioner, friendly & trained technical staff which offers high-quality medicine. We are a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital, providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. Our diagnostic capabilities include ultrasound, digital dental & general radiology, as well as endoscopy. Our dedicated & tenured support team, offers a great learning culture & a happy/healthy work environment! We have a very affluent clientele that believes in receiving only the best care for their pets.
Our compensation package includes starting base salaries between $175,000 - $200,000, plus production (No Negative Accrual) with generous sign-on and relocation bonuses available. Annual Medical Director Stipend of $10,000. We offer a great benefits package including, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, health savings/flexible spending), life and disability insurance, 401K with company contribution, PTO, generous CE allowance with additional PTO allotted, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, and more.
Goleta is located close to the beach, UCSB, & our famed wine region.
