Supervisor, Front Office Care Coordination
PetVet Care Centers' North Brookhaven Veterinary Hospital is currently seeking a Supervisor, Front Office Care Coordination to join their team!

Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise care coordinators, including hiring, evaluating, and enforcing policies.
- Schedule care coordinators as per staffing needs and provide backup when necessary.
- Address client complaints, escalating issues to the Hospital Manager.
- Manage specialist scheduling and handle financial transactions.
- Process refunds, returns, credits, and payment plans.
- Generate billing statements, assist with collections, and prepare end-of-month reports.
- Serve as a backup to the Hospital Manager for building maintenance.
- Perform other assigned tasks by the Manager.
Qualifications (Required)
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Veterinary environment, terminology, and protocols
- Working in a team environment
- Customer Service
- Handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Multi-line telephone systems
- Organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Supervisory and staff scheduling skills
- Basic math skills
- Properly handling and acc
Schedule: Open availability; Monday-Friday from 7:45am-6pm and PRN Saturdays 7:45am-1pm
